Client Earth Technology Corporation Fossil Water is assisting Earth Technology in its public consultation and servicing strategy for the Hamlet of Bragg Creek, located a few minutes west of Calgary. The assignment includes leadership of community open houses, assistance in funding strategy and stakeholder relationship management. Bragg Creek is a picturesque community of more than 300 residences and homes located on the Elbow River, one of Calgary's principal water sources.
Project SMART Growth Servicing Strategy
Client Confidential Development Company - BC Fossil Water is helping develop an overall servicing strategy for this 3,200 acre development, which represents one of BC’s premier recreational property developments. The project plan currently involves advanced wastewater treatment to reclamation standards, watershed protection, water-efficient community development and BC’s Smart Growth principles.
Project Bragg Creek Water Treatment Plant Design Underway
Fossil Water is managing the design of a new $3.2 million water treatment plant for the Hamlet on behalf of the MD of Rocky View. The facility will incorporate an ultra-filtration and ultra-violet treatment plant servicing more than 300 residences and business.

Client Petroleum Technology Alliance Canada Fossil Water is completing a study of beneficial use options water produced from coal bed methane and conventional oil & gas production. The study will provide guidance to industry regarding technology options and beneficial end-use of low-TDS and coal-bed methane produced waters.

Client Earth Tech Canada Fossil Water is providing process design service related to digester biogas scrubbing. This will result in a new installation to clean the biogas upstream of the boiler providing heating to the plant.
Project Acetyl Plant Wastewater Reclamation – Saudi Arabia
Client Earth Tech Canada Fossil Water is providing process design and process hazard assessment for industrial wastewater reclamation using sulphate removal, equalization and neutralization, biological treatment and lime softening (to reduce total dissolved solids levels). The effluent will be used for agricultural irrigation by the Saudi Royal Commission.
